And while in our 14 years of shipping plantsโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ we have had only a handful of returns due to mishandling in transit of the plant. We do not offer refunds for stolen packages. Nor do we offer partial refunds for brokenโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ yellow leaves or other factors attributed to putting a live plant in a box. Yellowingโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ browning variegation โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹broken stemsโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹/โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹petioles & leaves does not mean your plant is dying. In the event your plant is received unsalvageable after spending only the expected time in transit please send a time stamped unboxing video of your plant to us at plantmadness@aperiongroupllc.com. The video taken & sent no later than 2 hours after the plants SCANNED arrival time. Claims received after the 2 hour period will be denied. PLEASE only purchase plants if you or another adult can be there to receive & open them upon deliveryโ€‹โ€‹. Once unboxing video is reviewed & approvedโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ you will be issued a prepaid label for a return with a FULL refund. Please print label & use the supplies given to package plantโ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹,โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ please make sure to include all pieces of plant.
