Refund policy: All sales are final unless otherwise specified by seller. If there are issues or refunds are required, please contact your seller who must email support@monsterax.com to make adjustments if necessary.

NOTE: Less than 1% of packages have a problem during shipmentโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ but none the less we do recognize it happens. And while in our 14 years of shipping plantsโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ we have had only a handful of returns due to mishandling in transit of the plant. We do not offer refunds for stolen packages. Nor do we offer partial refunds for brokenโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ yellow leaves or other factors attributed to putting a live plant in a box. Yellowingโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ browning variegation โโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโbroken stemsโโโโโโโโ/โโโโโโโโpetioles & leaves does not mean your plant is dying. In the event your plant is received unsalvageable after spending only the expected time in transit please send a time stamped unboxing video of your plant to us at plantmadness@aperiongroupllc.com. The video taken & sent no later than 2 hours after the plants SCANNED arrival time. Claims received after the 2 hour period will be denied. PLEASE only purchase plants if you or another adult can be there to receive & open them upon deliveryโโ. Once unboxing video is reviewed & approvedโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ you will be issued a prepaid label for a return with a FULL refund. Please print label & use the supplies given to package plantโโโโโโโโ,โโโโโโโโ please make sure to include all pieces of plant. We do not honor claims for plants in the mail for 5+ days NOTE:Any alterations made to the returned plant by the buyer will result in a denied refund. Thank you Plant Madness Team.
