I'm the plant mom who freaks if there is a spec of dust on my plant, thinking it's going to kill it so I fix it right away. I'm overdramatic at times about my plants, but hey, if they're beautiful and are a pretty penny why not be!? My husband calls me the crazy plant lady, and I have too many plants but I beg to differ. Each plant you see I've either grown from seed, cuttings or bought it from someone. I try to give fair prices because who wants to spend money on a plant you can get the same price elsewhere; I try to be reasonable. Xoxoxo Agreement when purchasing: You agree that if the box is damaged, stolen, lost in transit or different than expected there are no refunds. You agree that if there is a problem with your order that you contact me within 1 business day or as soon as possible to figure out a solution. Refunds are not provided if the plant is smaller than expected or if the plant has damage to it due to transport ( plant stress.) You agree when you bid on a plant that you are solely responsible to pay for the plant if auction won within 1 business day. Pictures and videos must show proof of what is wrong with what you are contacting me about. You agree that if you claim that the wrong plant was sold to you, you have no issues with me sending a video message to Monstera X of my packing video of the plant you had purchased to turn down your case. Plant MUST be paid for within 1 business day after purchasing or auction win. Failure to do so will become an automatic cancel; it is only fair to me and the community. All plants are sold AS IS, you agree that if a plant may seem different than expected; there are no REFUNDS. When purchasing any plant from my store you solely argee you are responsible for all of the following actions listed above and or are giving consent to those actions.
